Wedding and Holiday Season is coming!!

Just a quick update.

There are two customers who booked and reserved the Homestay with similar reason.

They are getting married and renting the Homestay as a place for their relatives and friends to stay.

A good choice since our Homestay can accommodate more people with a more reasonable budget. Since our Homestay have three rooms and available to be rent out at a rate of RM250 per night, if 6 people staying (with assumptions of 2 people per room), it is only RM42 per person.

Can you imagine, staying 2 nights for RM84 per person in a condominium which have all the basic facilities such as TV, refrigerator, iron and etc. This also includes the nice scenery view and a relaxing environment. The RM84 per person also shall include the usage of the condominium facilities such as swimming pools for kids and adult, tennis court and the kid’s playground.

It is a good deal. Do consider staying at the Homestay with your families when you come for relatives or friends wedding and get a chance to visit Penang at the same time.

Holiday season is coming, wedding invitation is also pouring. Do plan you travelling to ensure you can attend to the wedding invitation and at the same time enjoy your holiday in PENANG!!

Homestay at DPiazza

Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan Homestay di Kondominium DPiazza, Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang. Kondominium 3 bilik yang telah dilengkapkan dengan beberapa kemudahan seperti TV, tilam, bantal, cerek dan juga mesin basuh. Juga terdapat sofa dan meja makan untuk memastikan penginapan yang lebih selesa.

Sebarang kelengkapan tambahan yang diperlukan mesti di beritahu ketika membuat tempahan supaya pertimbangan untuk menyediakan kelengkapan dapat di buat.

Permandangan yang amat cantik menghadap ke arah Bukit Bendera dan Jambatan Pulau Pinang mampu memberikan perasaan yang tenang dan selesa, sesuai untuk beristirehat.

Kondominium ini juga mempunyai kolam renang yang besar untuk kanak2 dan orang dewasa. Kemudahan taman permainan untuk kanak2 juga di sediakan.

Lokasi kediaman ini adalah sangat strategik kerana ia berdekatan dengan banyak kedai2 makan dan kedai utiliti di sekitar kawasan kondominium ini. Ia juga terletak berhampiran dengan pusat membeli belah Sunshine Square, Kompleks Bukit Jambul dan Queensbay Mall. We provide homestay in DPiazza Condominiums, Bayan Baru, Penang.3-bedroom condominiums are equipped with amenities such as TVs, mattresses, pillows, kettle and washing machine. There is also sofa and dining table to ensure a comfortable stay.

Any additional equipment required must be informed during booking to ensure that we shall have sufficient time to prepare as requested.

Very beautiful scenery overlooking the Penang Hill and the Penang Bridge is able to provide a feeling of calm and comfortable, perfect for relaxation.

The condominium also has a large swimming pool for children and adults. Playground facilities for children is also available.

Residential location is strategic since it is near to many dining and utilities shops in the vicinity of this condominium. It is also located near Sunshine Square shopping mall, Bukit Jambul Complex and Queensbay Mall. Also close to the Bayan Lepas Industrial Area and the Jelutong Ekspresway (to the city center).
